Start Your Engines

Only one week has passed since the last race, so it was a very hectic week to say the least. But here I am back at the race track and ready to try again. The red light start from five days ago still lingers in my mind.

Today started out very cloudy with a slight chance of rain. We were very fortunate to get race day completed while dodging rain drops several times. The car ran very well, and we managed to get to the second round where my opponent proceeded to strap a .005 reaction time (that’s 6 thousands from a loosing red light) on me and the rest they say is history. The positive side in all of this is that I get to race tomorrow.
